Sequencing Outsourcing

Hi All,
I am thinking of sequencing a large region (10 Mb) in a family with a Mendelian disease for which we can’t get any further relatives to narrow down the candidate region. Has any of you an idea where this kind of thing could be outsourced to (complete with primer design etc.)?
