The Human Diseasome

In eukaryotes, many genes that are predicted to be protein coding are without a function. I think the human diseasome could be a counteractor to understand how are the proteins linked to known diseases. The post genomic challenge has a lot to be involved in exploring discovering genes such as these involved in rare disorders and diseases
