There is a group at Nature Network called The Good Paper Journal Club, to promote good scientific writing. We do this by posting examples of well-written papers. Discussion of these papers is of course encouraged. There are now quite a few papers and online discussion of their writing at the forum, so please join us there if you are interested in this topic – post your own examples of well-written papers, and/or join in the analysis of the examples posted.

May a person, not affliated with research or academa, introduce a theory ?

Norman,
Nature Network is not the appropriate place to publish theories.
