which profession is better to choose having this kind of education

Hai,
I would like to know which career to choose either
clinical research associate in clinical trails or
research associate in research and development of
biotech and pharmaceutical companies in India and I did my post graduation Msc in (Microbiology)and graduation Bsc in
(Microbiology,Biochemistry,Medical Lab Technology)
Iwill be eagerly waiting for your response

      That’s an interesting question. I would draw your attention to a recent forum thread about how to start research which you might find helpful.

      The first thing you need to decide is what kind of career you ultimately want. You might find that without a PhD you limit your options in research, although of course you can always do one further down the line. It would be worth finding out about what qualifications you need to be a research associate in India, I know the term differs globally. In England you would need a PhD to be a research associate. Many institutions offer PhDs with a clinical element and many can be sponsored by industrial companies (and some offer both) so that would be a good way to get your foot in the door either way. You need to decide if you want to be the one doing the
