I am a bioinformatics student.I hava many questions regarding the potential of bioinformatics.Currently i am working with my professor where they are trying to mutate a protein, i am doing the same computationally using the Grasp2 Vmd Amber and also finding the electostatic potential of the protein but i am reaaly worried whether this is all bioinfromatics is ?? is it only used as supporting field with full computational tools…..
