mass spectrometry - small molecules Forum

An open forum for discussing and networking in relation to the use of mass spectrometry. Examples of the techniques covered are Gas Chromatography – (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography – (LC-MS), Inductively Coupled Plasma – (ICP-MS), and matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization – (MALDI-MS) Mass Spectrometry. The focus is on small molecules (< ~1kDa) as the methods and applications for larger molecules (proteomics etc) differs in several aspects. However, this is not a rigid rule, so if your research is within proteomics, genomics etc you are welcome to join the group.
