    • Summers is leaving, and so are potential donors

      Bloomberg and lots of others are reporting today that the CEO of Oracle, Larry Ellison, has decided that he doesn’t want to donate $100 million to Harvard anymore, now that Larry Summers is leaving. Although there was no formal, signed agreement, the two Larry’s had been talking about how Ellison (ranked by Forbes as the 15th richest person in the world) might donate money to Harvard for global health research.
