Does anybody have, or know somebody who has a good yeast two-hybrid library? I’m in need of a good cDNA, genomic, or ORF library of the cerevisiae genome that can be used for a two hybrid screen.

If you can help me out, please email me

Any dark side of GFP in yeast? (1 reply)

I recently read a PLoS One article reporting that over-expression of GFP in higher eukaryotes may cause a number of side effects, one of which is defective polyubiquitylation. This defect depends on the peptide sequence of GFP. Has anybody noticed side effects of GFP expression in yeast?
