Any dark side of GFP in yeast?

I recently read a PLoS One article reporting that over-expression of GFP in higher eukaryotes may cause a number of side effects, one of which is defective polyubiquitylation. This defect depends on the peptide sequence of GFP. Has anybody noticed side effects of GFP expression in yeast?
