DESCRIPTION:Scientists will present new multidisciplinary research and shar
 e their scientific expertise at both 2007 national meetings & expositions o
 f the American Chemical Society (ACS). The American Chemical Society is the
  world's largest scientific society dedicated to a single discipline\, with
  more than 158\,000 members. In the spring\, the society will hold its 233r
 d National Meeting & Exposition in Chicago\, IL\, from March 25-29\, 2007. 
 This meeting will be held at the McCormick Place Convention Center and more
  than a dozen hotels across the city. More than 12\,000 scientists are expe
 cted to attend the spring meeting\, and over 7\,000 presentations are antic
 ipated during the abstract submittal process\, including one cross-division
 al topic comprised of symposia that highlight important research advances i
 n sustainability. In the fall\, the society will hold its 234th National Me
 eting & Exposition in Boston\, MA\, from August 19-23\, 2007. The meeting w
 ill be held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and more than a do
 zen hotels across the city. More than 13\,500 scientists are expected to at
 tend the fall meeting\, with approximately 8\,000 papers anticipated during
  the abstract submittal process.
