Description

COMMUNICATE, now in its fourth year, focuses specifically on improving the standards and effectiveness of communication about the natural world.

Through its unique format, it delivers an intense and exciting programme, which includes presentations from prestigious speakers, debates, creative activities as well as networking, learning and skill development opportunities.

The theme for COMMUNICATE 07 is ‘Going Mainstream’.

Environmental matters are now top of the political and public agenda. This is an extraordinary achievement, but many suggest the next 10 years are the most critical yet. How are conservation communicators dealing with going mainstream, and how are communicators in business, policy, and the media responding to increased focus on environmental issues?

Whether you currently work in public engagement, television, business or for an NGO, if you communicate environmental issues within your organisation or to the public, then this is your conference.
