Description
Hybrigenics, the Pathway-based Drug Discovery Company, is pleased to invite you to participate at a seminar on the use of its Industrialized Technology Platforms.
Seminar Description:
Since the discovery of the yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) technology by S. Fields in 1989 little progress has been made to improve the technology ’s reliability . Reliability has indeed suffered from a lack of exhaustivity in the number of interactions being tested by sequential transformation and available kits, which in turns has made it difficult to compare screens and identify potential false positives. We will present here the key criteria that define exhaustivity and the solutions to make them amenable to each research lab.
