Now in its 10th year, this unique, highly interactive, one-day program brings together senior pharmaceutical and biotech executives to share and openly discuss critial issues shaping the global pharmaceutical industry and explore strategies and insights that will guide research based companies to future success. Recent roundtables have focused on measuring portfolio performance, managing risk, new approaches to R&D, the FDA’s critical path initiative, and new strategies for boosting late clinical success rates and ROI. This year’s topic will focus on ‘Coping with the Challenges and Pitfalls of Becoming a Clinical Organization.’ Attendees will receive the Tufts Center’s R&D Management Report in early 2007 providing meeting highlights and summarizing critical take-home messages.
