Description
Now in its 5th year, this unique, hands-on learning program, designed in collaboration with R&D leaders from a broad range of industry segments, presents real-life, practical course instruction to help students lead cross-functional drug development teams more effectively. With class size limited to 35, students will learn to apply new leadership skills and tactics using class exercises simulating real-life experiences. Two-thirds of the course is devoted to hands-on casework, and one-third to interactive discussions with the faculty.
