      I just read about his program on Ben Goldacre’s blog and thought I quickly highlight this here on NN as well.

      This really seems like a great and straight forward way to play around with concepts of physics in a game-like manner.

I am curious about the spectrum of applications for it. I do have a friend that is currently using this program make a movie of peptide translocation through his ER channel of choice. Very neat!
