    • Meme of 4

I’ve been tagged by Bronwen in an online blogging game of tag. The idea is to fill in your responses to a standard set of questions, then pass on the tag to four other bloggers. I’ve put my responses below, but two quick points. One is that I hate the word ‘meme’, for several reasons which I’ll blog about separately.

The other point is I’ve a lifetime aversion to chain letters, since the old days when people used to send out those malicious chain snail mail letters where you had to send it on to n other people or you would get bad luck. In the end they are (sometimes) cash free pyramid (Ponzi) schemes. I have always refused to take part, even in the most harmless. So while I’ve filled in the form, instead of tagging four others at the end, I’ve used a more open form. Sorry, Bron!

      • lucky people to tag:*
This is where I rebel. I tag everyone and no one. Because of my total ban on chain mail I can’t tag anyone by name – but equally I request that anyone who reads this and fancies the idea does there own.

Seeing as I have similar ethics to you, Brian, I haven’t even acknowledged two memetags in the last month.

          Am I a bad boy?
