Last night, about 150 scientists from NYC packed a bar in New York’s Meatpacking district to celebrate the launch of Nature Network New York …oh, and to hear Nobel Laureate Richard Axel of Columbia University speak about his long career in New York.

For those of you not in NYC, we hope to launch more hubs on Nature Network for other cities that are hotbeds of science. So if we see lots of activity from other local groups on Nature Network, we just might start up a new hub in those cities! Check out the existing forums for Berlin, San Diego, Washington DC and Toronto.
